I can’t speak highly enough of Francesco and Primo Diamonds. Francesco gave me a full run through on diamonds and ring types, made me feel at ease about everything and worked to a tight timescale. He was able to prepare the perfect ring for me exactly how I imagined it. I would definitely recommend Primo Diamonds.

My experience with Francesco from Primo Diamonds was 10/10 from start to finish. Francesco took the time to explain each diamond and the different levels of clarity, colour, cut and carat weight in full detail to myself who was a novice. Francesco also provided me with details of the certification etc which was a main requirement I had for buying a diamond engagement ring. I also had a ring style in mind and together we were able to agree on a bespoke ring design. Throughout the entire process Francesco provided regular updates (on the ring being made), this made me feel reassured I was in good hands. In the end my fiancée and I are so happy to have chosen Primo Diamonds and Francesco to provide the engagement ring for our wedding. Given the experience I will definitely recommend Primo Diamonds and will also be going back to purchase our wedding bands from them.

Francesco at Primo Diamonds managed to sort me out with a customised diamond engagement ring in a really tight time frame before I went away on holiday. Fantastic service, beautiful ring and a pretty unbeatable price! A free ring resizing was also included which was very much appreciated.

I could not recommend Primo Diamonds and Francesco enough! I started with very little idea and he made the entire journey feel seamless. From picking out the stones to designing the ring itself I actually really started to enjoy the process. Excellent experience and well worth the visit. I had already put down a deposit on an engagement ring from a well known high street jeweller but after initially cancelling my appointment with Francesco he assured me he would be able to beat them on quality and price. I'm so glad I kept my appointment as he found exactly what I was looking for and managed to find me a larger, better quality diamond for less than a smaller diamond from the high street jeweller. He was knowledgeable, honest and had the ring ready to go in less than two weeks! Even if you have other appointments I'd strongly suggest visiting Primo Diamonds, well worth the visit. Having previously worked with my fiancé to create a beautiful engagement ring, we were more than happy to return to Primo to have our wedding bands made. Francesco and his team were happy to help with our strange timeline as we have been living abroad. We all sat down for an in depth meeting to try different sizes and styles. When it came to the rings being made, Primo pulled it all off when we were 3000 miles away, ready for a pick up window of one day! They even adjusted a ring size on the day and made sure we had everything just perfect for the big day. We couldn't be happier with our rings! Would absolutely recommend them!

Within a short space of time and with the help of some (subtly) obtained advice from my partner, I had the perfect ring. 5 stars isn't enough for Francesco and Primo Diamonds. He truly went above and beyond to help me after having a disaster at another jewellers. He listened to my needs, didn't try to pressure me in to making the most expensive purchase, as other rival shops have done, but simply explained it in a way in order for me to make the best decision on my own. Francesco At Primo Diamonds 💎 worked his magic on a beautiful diamond ring for my fiancé at very short notice and wow did he deliver! I reached out to Primo Diamonds being a complete rookie and having left it fairly late to have an engagement ring made for my better half. From the first phone call, Francesco put my mind at ease; paying great attention to detail in my requirements and the fact that I knew nothing about diamonds whatsoever. The consultation was brilliant, very chilled and not “forced upon” in the slightest. Francesco gave me an insight into everything (clarity, carat sizing and cuts) and I was able to pick the ring of my girlfriends dreams (thankfully she said yes!) Oh where do I start, from moving appointment dates (on my part) to finally being able to meet Francesco after hours after work to show me a few ring designs and diamond choices. From the first phone call till even after my purchase the service has been fantastic, professional and easy going no push sales. He let me know he could do it within my time frame which was great even after me changing my mind to add diamonds on the band it was made without headache and still in my hands the day he promised me. From start to finish Francesco at Primo has made the whole process extremely easy and stree free for me.
